Gluten Free Cheesy Turkey Balls

Ingredients
2 lbs. Lean Ground Turkey2 Large Eggs1 cup Gluten Free Bread Crumbs2 Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks cut into 12 total pieces1 tsp Basil1 tsp Italian Seasoning1 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp Onion PowderSalt & Ground Black Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400

2. Mix all ingredients, except string cheese, in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to get everything mixed in well.

3. Make a meatball about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Divide the ball in half, press in mozzarella cheese, and firmly pack the meat around the cheese. Make your balls tight.

4. Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray. Place your meatballs on the sheet.

5. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, turn the balls over, and bake another 15 minutes.
