2 lbs. haddock1/2 gallon 2% milk6 small potatoes6 small stalks celery1 large onion1 oz. salt pork
Directions
Sautee onions and celery
sautee salt pork
pre-cook potatoes
all all ingredients to large pot
salt and pepper, basil, garlic and cilantro to taste
