dark chocolate banana oatmeal cookies

-4 cups oats2 scoops vanilla protein powder1 large extra ripe banana1/2 cup organic dark chocolate chunks 1 large egg (cage free)2 tbsp brown sugar packed2 packets Stevia1 tsp baking soda3 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients (except two tbsp of dark chocolate chunks)
Mix together until a cookie dough texture forms. Eggs and bananas are always different sizes which can complicate some recipes. If your batter is too runny, add more oats. If your batter is too thick, add egg whites.
Drop two tbsp sized batter scoops onto a non-stick baking sheet two inches apart. Top each batter scoop with a couple pieces of dark chocolate chunks.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
