Fruit and Veggie Protein shake

Ingredients
1 Muscle Milk Light Vanilla-Creme protein drink2 Carrots chopped1 cup coarsely chopped kale1 roma tomato quartered1 serving Trader Joe's Berry Medley- frozen1 serving Trader Joe's Mango Chunks-frozen1 cup whole strawberries-fresh
Directions
add all ingredients to a blender and blend! This will be cold and thick so it gives the appearance of an ice cream, use 1/2 cup water to thin it out if wanted
