4 cups chopped Romaine lettuce1/2 avocado - diced1/4 cup diced tomato1 small can sliced black olives (8 Tbsp)1/2 cup diced jicamaLime Vinaigrette (Newman's Lighten Up used in this recipe)
Toss all ingredients together & serve in chilled bowls. For a little extra pizzazz, top with a pinch of shredded jack cheese & tortilla strips. (not calculated)
