Slow Cooker Lasagna

1 lb. ground turkey2 c. low-fat cottage cheese1/2 c. parmesan cheese1 1/2 c. park skim mozzarella cheese1 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce12 lasagne noodles1 c. water (slow cooker version only)
OVEN VERSION
Cook noodles per package directions. Meanwhile brown ground turkey. Once browned stir in spaghetti sauce and remove from heat. Mix together cheeses in a bowl. Using a 9x13 or lasagne pan, coat bottom of pan with a thin layer of meat sauce. Then layer noodles, meat sauce, and cheese. Repeat two more times. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour to 45 min.

(Do not precook noodles) Brown ground turkey. Once browned, stir in spaghetti sauce. Remove from heat. Mix cheeses in a separate bowl. Coat bottom of crock with a thin layer of meat sauce. Break 4 noodles and layer to cover bottom of crock. Then add 1/3 meat sauce and then 1/3 cheese. Repeat 2 more times. Pour 1 cup of water over all. Cook on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
