Ingredients
Low Carb Bake Mix or Soy FlourEgg, freshBeer or water Panko BreadcrumbsShrimp, raw, 10 mediumCooking Spray, 1 serving Emeril Meat Seasoning - or your choice, 1 serving
Directions
Season bake mix
add beaten eggs and beer or water to form a batter
Mix Panko breading and parmesan together
Dip shrimp in batter
Roll in panko/parmesan breading

Spray bottom of baking pan with cooking oil
Lay breaded shrimp in pan
spray shrimp with cooking oil
bake at 400 until golden brown
