Ingredients
4 cups tomato juice6 cups water5 cups chopped cabbage3 carrots, chopped3 stalks celery, chopped1/3 cup chopped green pepper2 red potatoes, cubed1 1/2 cups corn, frozen1 1/2 cups green beans, frozen1/2 tsp. ground pepper1 tbsp. Italian seasoning3 beef bouillon cubes
Directions
Prepare vegetables and add liquids and seasoning to a large stock pot. Simmer for 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
