Veggie Baked Paella

Ingredients
Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Green Bell Pepper, 1 - sliced Large Red Bell Pepper, 1 sliced Rice Vinegar, 4 tsp Garlic, 4 clove sliced Basil, 1 tbsp , ground Parsley, 3 sprigs, finely chopped Red Onion, 1 sliced Marjoram, dried, 1 tsp Brown rice 1 cup, Vegetable Broth, 2 cup - low sodium
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place all ingredients in treated, deep baking casserole dish, thoroughly mixing together. May use non-stick spray. Place in oven uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Then cover, reducing heat to 375 and cook for 20 more minutes, stirring 2-3 times throughout. Remove from heat and let sit for about 10 minutes, stirring one last time. Ready to serve and eat.
