Broccoli Cassarole

Ingredients
1 9-10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen broccoli4 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese1 cup uncooked Minute Rice1 can undiluted Cream of Mushroom soup 1 small can sliced mushrooms1/2 stick butter or margerine1 small can French's fried onions (reserve 1/4 can for topping)1/2 cup milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine allingredients (except "topping" onions) in a bowl and mix well. Transfer to oiled casserole dish, add topping onions and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
