Low fat Red Velvet cupcakes

Ingredients
1 package of Duncan Hines Red Velvet Moist cake mix -dry3 Large eggs1 1/2 C of water1/3 C of sweetened applesauce Optional: Kroger Canola Oil Cooking SprayCool Whip Cream Cheese Frosting
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Spray each cupcake hole in the pan with cooking spray -1/4 of a second each.

Put liners in the cupcake pan.

Blend cake mix, water, applesauce and eggs in a large bowl at low speed for about 30 seconds.

Beat on medium for 2 minutes.

Fill each liner half full with batter.

Bake for 17-19 minutes.

Cool completely before frosting.

Frost only what you want to eat. (This helps me with portion control.)

If you want to frost all of them; you'll have to store them in the refrigerator.
