Cassoulet in a Flash

Ingredients
*Ekrich Turkey Smoked Sausage, 12 oz Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Garlic, 1 clove Bean, Pork and Beans, Van Camp, 4 cup Beans, white, 4 cup Salt, 1 tspGranulated Sugar, 1 tsp Thyme, fresh, 1 tspPepper, black, .25 tsp
Directions
Cook the smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices, in large skillet over medum hear, 3-4 minutes. Add 1 medium chopped onion and 1 finely chopped clove of garlic; cook stirring occationonaly, 2-3 minutes. Add in the drained white beans and the undrained pork and beans, and the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
