2 cups oatmeal2 cups vanilla whey protein powder1 cup flaxseed meal1/2 cup cocoa1 cup chopped walnuts1 cup of choice dried fruits, (raisons, cranberries, blueberris)1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder2 tsp cinnamonmix the together and add1 cup peanut butter1 cup unsweetened apple sauce1 cup plain greek yogurt2 eggsalmond milk (enough to make a cake batter like texture)mix all together well pam spray muffin tin and fill with batter half full
bake at 350
for 15 to 20 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean
