Almond apricot energy bar

Ingredients
1 c. raw unsalted almonds1/2 c. raw unsalted pecans12 medjool dates1 c. dried apricots, unsweetenedsea salt to tastelemon zest
Directions
Mix almonds and pecans in food processor until coarsely ground. It shouldn't be a powder but no large pieces either. This can be up to your own preference. Put nut mixture in separate bowl. Mix dates and apricots in food processor. Add salt to nut mixture. Add in zest of one lemon if you'd like. Feel free to squeeze a little lemon juice in as well. Knead mixed dates and apricots with hands into nut mixture. Line 9x9 pan with wax paper and press bar mixture into pan. Cut into 15 equal pieces and enjoy!
