Ingredients
2.5 cups of sifted flour3 teaspoons baking powder1/4 cup sugar1/2 teaspoon salt3 tablespoons butter1 12 ounce bottle light or ultra light beer...
Directions
Sift flour into large bowl and then add baking powder, salt, and sugar and mix together... Melt butter and sit aside. Stir 12 ounces of beer in to dry ingredients stir until mixed and then put in greased loaf pan and pour melted butter on top. Bake in preheated oven for 50 or 55 minutes...at 350
Degrees....
