Meatball Casserole

Ingredients
Meatballs, Frozen, 18 oz Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz)Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Line the bottom of the crockpot or a glass baking dish with meatballs. Add corn and frozen vegetables. Cover with Cream of Mushroom soup, and add water. Stir to coat ingredients with soup.

If using a crock pot, set on high 4-5 hours. Stir after 2 or 3 hours.
If using the oven, preheat to 350 degrees and cook 35-45 minutes.

For healthier options, use Turkey Meatballs and low fat/ low sodium Cream of Mushroom.
