*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)Bamboo shoots, cooked, 1 cup (1/2" slices) (remove)Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 1 cup slices (remove)Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)Low fat cream cheese, 1 cup (remove)Brown rice (1 cup cooked), 1 serving (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)*Soy Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)Chow Mein Noodles, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
brown turkey then add every thing else and simmer until cooked through
