Ingredients
Dannon Light 'n Fit Strawberry Yogurt - 4 oz.Dannon Light 'n Fit Blueberry Yogurt - 4 oz.1 Large BananaTropicana Healthy Heart w/Omega-3 - 1/2 cupSilk, Light Vanilla Soymilk - 1/2 cupFour Ice Cubes
Directions
Cut up banana into bite-size pieces and place all ingredients into a blender.

Blend until smooth and mixed well and serve in a 32 ounce cup.

You may choose to also divide this recipe into two-four servings to save on calories and fat, but I only calculated for one serving.
