Prepare two large baking sheets with cooking spray, and turn oven on to 300 F. Mix cereals an spices in a large bowl and set aside. Whisk together pumpkin, apple sauce, vanilla and sugar.
Add raisins and mix well. Add mixture to cereal and mix well. Transfer to prepared baking sheets, spread to single layer, and bake 30 minutes; remove from oven, stir/flip granola, and return to oven for 15 more minutes.
