Weight Watchers No Points Soup

Ingredients
Garlic, 2 cloves Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Carrots, raw, 2 medium Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Zucchini, 1 cup, slicedCabbage, fresh, 2 cup, choppedSwiss Chard, 2 cup, choppedCauliflower, raw, 2 cupBroccoli, fresh, 2 cup, choppedThyme, fresh, 2 tspVegetable Broth, 6 cupParsley, 2 tbspSalt, .5 tspPepper, black, .25 tsp
Directions
Put garlic, vegetables, thyme and broth into a large soup pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in parsley or chives; season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
