Spinach and Prawn Risotto

Ingredients
Spinach, Chicken or veg stock, axtra virgin olive oil, onion, arborio rice, prawns, parmesan cheese.
Directions
add the butter and onion to a pan, fry until transluscent, add the rice and stir to coat, ad the stock a ladle at a time while stirring rice. after 10 mins add the spinach and cook for 10 mins, next add the prawns, buter and parmesan, continue stirring until creamy. Season, scatter with spinach and serve immediately.
