Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients


    2 6 oz's filets
    2 tbsp organic all purpose flour for dusting
    2 small eggs beaten
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/8 tsp paprika
    1/8 tsp 5 chinese spices( anise, fennel,
    cinnamon, ginger.)
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp whipped butter
    1/2 cup sliced Almonds

Directions

1. Trim filets
2. Dust with flour and spices
3. Dip in egg walsh
4. Press in almonds
5. Melt butter with oil. Turn filets in pan to color.
Finish baking in a 350 F degrees oven for 15
minutes or until golden. Serve with lemon
slices. make 4 servings.
