blueberry walnut pancakes

Ingredients
.5 cup quick oats2.5 cups soymilk1 cup whole wheat flour.75 cup white flour2 T sugar1 T baking powder.5 tsp salt.5 tsp cinnamon1 T oil1 t vanilla1.5 cups frozen blueberries or chopped bananna.5 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
preheat pan or griddle over medium heat
mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then stir together without overmixing
fold in 1-2 cups frozen blueberries or chopped bananna and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, turn when bubbles begin to pop on surface

Serving Size: makes 18 pancakes to serve 6
