1 egg2 Tbs. almond butter, or sunflower butter2 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 Tbs. coconut nectar (or raw honey), 1 Tbs. coconut oil, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, a few dashes of cinnamon (optional)
Mix everything together in a big mug and microwave for 1 minute. Garnish with raw cacao nibs or chocolate sauce and enjoy!
