For Taco seasoning (will make more than you need for this meal):1/2 cup chili powder1/4 cup onion powder1/8 cup ground cumin1 tbls garlic powder1 tbls paprika1 tbls sea salt1/2 lb lean ground turkey1 cup shredded romaine lettuce1/2 tomato1/2 avocado1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)1 cup frozen corn1/2 cup salsa (any kind)1 cup sharp cheddar cheese1 serving size each (16 chips) Tostitos Baked Scoop Tortilla chips
Brown ground turkey until no longer pink.
In a small tupper combine seasonings, close top and shake vigorously. Add about 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture to cooked turkey and let simmer.
Heat black beans and corn in separate pots.
Wash and cut vegetables to desired size.
Place chips on a plate and layer ingredients on top.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 4 servings
