Paleo Chili

Ingredients
For 2 serving4 cups chopped onion2 lb lean ground beef2-28oz can crushed tomatoes2-6oz can tomato sauce2 cup celery2 cup carrots4 tbsp chili powder2 tsp cumin2 tsp basil2 tsp oregano2 tsp old bay seasoning2 tsp garlic powder½ tsp ground mustard½ tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
1)Saute onions and ground beef until the meat is cooked.
2)Pour into slow cooker.
3)Pour tomatoes and tomato sauce into slow cooker.
4)Add celery and carrots to slow cooker.
5)Add spices.
6)Mix all ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
7)Garnish with avocado and love every single bite.
