Garlic Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 cup brown basmati rice2.5 cups chicken broth or stock1 tbsp. butter(optional)1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp. ground cumin1 tsp. paprika(sweet)1 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. salt
Directions
Combine rice, butter, and chicken broth in medium sauce pan, covered, bring to a boil. Turn down heat and let simmer, covered, for 50 minutes, stirring once or twice. Add minced garlic, paprika, cumin, pepper and salt to taste. Fluff with a fork and serve!
