Curried Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
3 litres of waterOne Tin ( 28 oz/796ml) Diced Tomatoes - UndrainedOne bag ( 16 oz/1lb/454g) Shredded cabbage/carrot coleslawOne Bag (340 g/12 oz) Rainbow Salad ( Julienned /Shredded Broccoli hearts. cailiflower hearts, carrots and red cabbage)80 g /1/2 cup Bob's red Mill Bulgur ( cracked wheat) - dry1 tbsp Curry Powder2tsp Coriander seeds - whole1 tsp ground Cumin1/2 cube Vegetable Bouillion cube - Low Sodium
Directions
METHOD:
In a Large Pot combine all ingredients except the Bulgur and Bring to the Boil
Boile 5 min uncovered then Simmer 30 min, add Bulgur ( I added it dry , but it can be presoaked) and boil oever med heat another 35 min....till bulgur is tender...
Yields about 2 1/2 litres ( 10 cups)
add more water at end to measure your 10 cups.....
One serving is 1 cup ( 250 ml)
