8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts2lb shredded Cheddar cheese6 cans cream of chicken soup2(16oz) sour cream1 can diced green chilies1 can chopped olives28 flour tortilla shells (8 inch)
Mix in large bowl soup, sour cream, green chilies, and olives. Lightly coat bottom of 2 (9x13inch) pans with mixture. Boil chicken breasts on medium for 20 minutes. Cube chicken small. Mix chicken into soup mixture. Put a couple of scoops down center of tortilla shell. Sprinkle with cheese and roll. With remaining mixture put over top and sprinkle with cheese. Cook on 350 degrees until cheese is golden brown.
