Low Fat Creamy Sausage, Potato and Kale Soup

Ingredients
1 14oz pkg 93% lean Turkey Sausage1 Cup chopped onions2 Tsps pressed garlic2 Med potatoes skin on, diced into 3/4" cubes1 Tsp crushed red pepper1 1/2 Cups beef broth1 1/2 Cups chicken Broth1 bunch kale, rib removed, sliced into ribbons1 Cup Fat free Sour CreamSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown Turkey, onions until turkey is done and onions are translucent, add in pepper flakes and garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add in the potatoes and all of the broth and cook until potatoes are done, approx 11-15 minutes. Add in the kale and cook for another 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in sour cream along with salt and pepper to taste.
