Macaroni & Beef Casserole

Ingredients
8 oz lean ground beef4 oz elbow macaroni1 cup green pepper finely chopped 1 cup onion finely chopped1 14.5 ox can diced tomatoes
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 F
2) Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and place in a casserole dish
3) Meanwhile, brown ground beef in a skillet cooking until no longer pink
4) Add onions and green pepper cooking just until softened
5) Place ground beef, onion, green pepper and can of tomatoes in the casserole dish with macaroni and stir to combine
6) Cover and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes
