Potato and Cheddar Soup

Ingredients
Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) *Potato, raw, 3 cup peeled and cubedI Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Fat Free 3 TbspOnions, raw, .5 small *Flour, white, 3 cup Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash Milk, nonfat, 3 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 tsp *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
Directions
1. Using a medium sized stock pot bring water to a boil, add potatoes and cook until tender.
Drain reserving 1 cup liquid.

2. Stir in butter, onion and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Gradually stir in potatoes, reserved liquid, milk, sugar, and cheese. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
