Stir Fry Bok Choy and Tofu

Ingredients
Tofu, soft, 2 blockBok Choy, raw-shreaded, 1.5 cup Onions, raw, 1 small Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 1 tspGinger Root, 1 tsp
Directions
Wash the Bok Choy and Shred them
Cut the Tofu in small cubes
Chop the onion

In a pan heat the oil on medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic and ginger then the Shredded Bok Choy until they cook then add the Tofu and keep stirring until everything is mixed and cooked
