Turkey Sausage Crust Quiche Gluten Free Low Carb

1 lb turkey sausage.5 c fat free half and half6 large eggs10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained1 medium onion, chopped1 tsp garlic4 oz cheddar cheese
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2) Slice sausage down the side and remove casing. Press sausage into bottom and sides of a 9" deep dish pie pan.
3) Bake sausage for 6-7 minutes until color starts to turn.
4) While crust is cooking mix eggs, half-and-half and garlic.
5) Take crust out of oven and put a thin layer of cheese along bottom. Add spinach and onions spreading evenly. Add remaining cheese, saving some for the top.
6) Pour egg mixture evenly over the top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
7) Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes or until a knife in the center comes out clean.
