pineapple cupcakes

Ingredients
1 cup butter1 1/2 cup sugar8 eggs yolks3/4 cup almond milk1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla2 cups flour2 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1 can crushed pineapplebutter spray1 cup brown sugar
Directions
pre-heat oven 350
cream together butter, sugar
beat in egg yolk one at a time
add vanilla
in a different bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt
alternately add the flour mix and milk
put 2 sprays of butter 1/2 tablespoon in each muffin cup. cover bottom with pineapple. fill about 2/3 full.
cook for about 15 to 20 min.
