Simple Yellow Curry Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken breast, 3.5 ozSpinach, fresh, 1 cupSalt, 1 tspBlack Pepper, 1 tspYellow Curry Powder, 2 tbspLemon Juice, 1/4 cup
Directions
Put 1 cup of water in a frying pan. Place the chicken in the pan and cook both sides. Make a cut down the center to allow juice and cooking inside. Add half the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Turn and cook both sides once more. Use half the curry powder on one side, then put the rest on the other when flipped. Continue to flip every two minutes until the juice cooks off. Add another half cup of water and remove the chicken. Add the Spinach and stir around the pan until it is the desired texture. Remove Spinach and serve.
