1 cup shredded Lettuce1 Cucumber1 Tomato1 Sweet Pepper1 small onion1 clove garlicparsleydried spearmint 1 lemon juice1 tsp. olive oil1 tsp. vinegarsalt to season
Directions
Slice or chop all the veggies as desired
for the dressing: smash the garlic clove and mix with salt, lemon and vinegar
mix the veggies with the dressing and garnish with parsley leaves and dried spearmint
