pork tenderloin, green chilli, canned roasted tomatoes, flour, onion, garlic, olive oil, margarine,
roast peppers in olive oil then remove and put in sandwich bag, brown diced pork, add onions and garlic, cook until tender. add flour cook till brown. add chicken broth, canned tomatoes. peel and dice peppers. add to pot. simmer mixture. season with salt and pepper if you would like it thicker you can add corn starch
