1 cup onion, chopped1/2 cup canola oil1/2 cup rice vinegar1 tbsp sugar2 tsp tamari soy sauce
Put all ingredients except oil in a blender / food processor blend till combined. Then drizzle in oil and keep blending.. after a few seconds, turn off and put in a container! Chill, should keep for a week.
