Ingredients:*Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat, 16 oz Spinach, fresh, 2 cupBroccoli, fresh, 2 cup, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slicesRice Pasta - Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta (2oz/56g dry), 6 serving *Cheese, Dairy-Free, Daiya, Mozzerella Style, 1 serving Monte Bene Tomato basil pasta sauce, 6 cup
brown meat in a skillet, add chopped mushrooms, add chopped broccoli, sautee for 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender. Add 2 jars of tomato sauce and simmer. Cook pasta in a separate pan according to directions. when pasta is done add spinach to tomato mixture and turn off the heat. stir spinach into sauce until wilted. Combine pasta and sauce in large bowl. add a small amount of daiya cheese sprinkles on top.
