1 bag Martha White Honey Bran muffin mix1 egg3/4 cup milk1/4 apple, skin on, finely diced
Beat egg and milk together. Add to muffin mix, stir until just combined. Add apples and stir slightly.
Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot, greased griddle or waffle iron. Cook for 1-2 minutes and flip. Cook for additional 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
Serving Size: Makes 4 pancakes or waffles
