Mandarin Angel Food Cake with Pineapple Frosting

1 box Angel Food cake mix2 (10.5 oz.) cans mandarin oranges in light syrup8 oz. container Cool Whip Free1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in 100% juice1 small box sugar free vanilla pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350. With an electric mixer, beat together cake mix and mandarin oranges just until combined. Poor into a very lightly greased 9x13 cake pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool completely. While cake is cooling make frosting.
Stir together Cool Whip, pineapple and pudding mix until well combined. Spread over cake. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
