Ingredients
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips2 cups (19 oz can) garbanzo beans, draind & rinsed4 eggs3/4 cup of sugar1/2 tsp baking powderpowdered sugarpre-heat oven to 350In a small bowl , melt the chocolate (micro 2 min. / med. power) or melt in double boiler. In a blender or food processor, combine the beans & eggsadd the sugar,baking power & chocolate.process until smooth.pour batter into non-stick 9 inch panbake @ 350 time: 45 min or until a knife inserted comes out clean.cool & sprinkle with power sugar

    This is an excellent recipe, with the chickpeas adding protein to boot! I substituted sucralose for sugar and added some cocoa powder to enrich the flavor, so I believed I saved on calories even further. I also forwarded and recommended to another spark user!!Thanks, Stephen626. - 4/20/08
