Confetti Pinwheels

Ingredients
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls1/4 cup Nacho cheese dip1/3 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped1/3 cup scallions, finely chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll dough and separate into 4 rectangles. Firmly press preforations to seal all edges. Spread cheese dip over dough to within 1/4 inch of the edges. Sprinkle with peppers and scallions. Starting with one short side, roll up each piece and press the edge to seal. With a serrated knife, cut each roll into 6 slices and place the cut side down on un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 13-17 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Immediately remove from the cookie sheet and serve warm.
