Ground beef, extra lean, 32 ozTomato juice, without salt added, 64 fl ozTomato Sauce, 2 cupOnions, raw, 1.5 cup, finely choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1/4 cup, finely choppedPepper, red or cayenne,1/8 tspGranulated Sugar, 1/2 tsp*Pepper, white, 1/2 tspSalt, 1 tspChili powder, 1/4 cupOregano, ground, 1/2 tspGround Cumin, 1.5 tspGarlic, 2 cloves chopped
Brown the beef in large pot.
Add onions and peppers, saute for about 15 minutes.
Add garlic, saute for about 2 minutes.
Add the rest of ingredients and stir.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 2 hours or until desired consistency.
