Pepper Jack Turkey Burger

Ingredients
6.5 oz. ground turkey1 oz pepper jack cheese1/2 piece while wheat bread1.2 clove garlic, minced2 tbsp scallions, choppedsalt/pepper to taste10 grams avocado for top of burger1 tsp extra virgin olive oil for cooking
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except olive oil, cheese, and bread. Soak 1/2 piece of whole wheat bread (crust and all) in about 1 tbs of non fat milk or chicken stock to soften. Add to meat mixture. Add olive oil to pan and heat. Divide meat mixture into 2 patties and add in the center a piece of cheese, seal and repeat with the second patty. Place burgers in pan and cook until thoroughly cooked. About 5-7 minutes per side. Serve with 1 slice of avocado on top.
