Nutritious French pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups of Nutri blend Flour0.5 tsp of Salt2 tbsp of sugar5 Eggs3 cups of natura soy enriched unsweetened soy milk3 tsp of vanilla extract2 tbsp of canola oil
Directions
Put 2 tbsp of mix on a hot skillet, roud it or expand it with the spoon. Let it cook a bit until you can flip it. Cook the other side as desired and Voila! Enjoy ;o)
