Kasia's Polish Vegetable Salad

5 Carrots - boiled3 Parsnips - Boiled2 Hard-boiled eggs5 radishes3 medium pickles1 Granny smith apple4 green onions1 cup Light Mayonnaisesalt and pepper to taste
Cook carrot and parsnips until tender but not mushy. Let cool. Chop all items into little chunks. Mix all together with Mayo, salt and pepper to taste. Best refrigerated for at least one hour before serving, but not necessary.
