12-inch Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust2 Cups part-skim shredded mozzarella1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined2 tbsp butter1/2 can of artichoke hearts1-2 clove garlic1/2 tbsp parsley
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Chop up artichoke hearts in small bite-size pieces
3. Saute the raw shrimp in garlic and butter until pink
4. Remove shrimp from pan
5. Pour remaining butter and garlic onto pizza crust and spread evenly
6. Scatter shrimp and artichoke evenly on pizza crust
7. Sprinkle parsley over shrimp and artichoke
8. Cover shrimp and artichoke with shredded mozzarella
9. Place pizza directly on oven rack and cook for approx. 15 minutes or until the cheese and bubbly and brown
