Deb's Spicy Chinese Goulash

Ingredients
2- Chicken Breast / Cubed1 cup Fresh Broccoli Flowers1/2 Fresh Snap Peas1 Medium Onion Diced1/2 cup Cabbage - Shredded1 cup Water Chestnuts1 small Carrot - grated1/4 tsp. Red Chinese Pepper1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger (from jar)2 tbl Teriyaki SauceDash Garlic PowderDash Sea SaltAbout 1/4 to 1/2 Cup of water
Directions
Spray a skillet with pam spray. Cut up chicken and all veggies and put in pan. Stir fry on high, browning chicken and veggies. Pan will have some brown pieces from frying. Add Teriyaki
and ginger. Stir into veggies. Once all is coated with sauces, add a dash of garlic powder and sea salt. Gradually add water starting with 1/4 1st to make a light sauce.
Serve over brown rice or eat alone.
**Note** This dish will be spicy. Can add or Omit Chinese Red spice for less or more spice.
